So cool to see your running journey and I am so looking forward to the recap video. I'd love to know in depth about how you prepared for the half-marathon, what you would do differently to prepare / what you wished you knew, and maybe even a guide in the future on how to prepare for milestone runs. Not just running intervals but diet, lifestyle, sleep hygiene, mental preparation, etc.

Hi Abby! About your coffee, do you use 2 capsules to make the Lungo first and then put another to extract an Espresso? 💕
Not quite! 1 capsule to do 1 lungo, leave the same one in and press 1 espresso (it’s a bit watery but fine lol), then 1 more capsule for 1 espresso. So 2 capsules total 💛

How do you keep your muscles if you run? Been wanting to start but don't want to lose all my gains.
As long as you eat enough, rest enough, and keep lifting, you won’t have muscle loss.
