Nice insights on the RX oil pump. Is this still available in the market and what would be the cost of this oil pump ( of original manufacturer) ?
When my bike in idling the pump is no pumping(in and out) while throttling only the pump is going in and out wheather its correct, and my spark plug has no oil marks in the sparing tip its golden color
My friend ....i have RX 135 4 speed , recently it has been serviced and my mechanic totally disconnected the oil pump and said to me it doesn't matter ,put the oil in petrol tank while filling petrol.
and after watching your video i am tensed & worried . would you suggest me to put back oil pump.
Don't be nervous
Oil pump is an important part of Rx and if possible I would suggest you to put it back and run it
If not possible just don't worry much and add 40ml oil for 1litr petrol as manual mixture

I have changed the 2T oil pump, now the smoke is too much, and for the last few days, I can start the bike in a single kick and it is getting off all of a sudden and when kick again getting a huge sound from silencer and the engine is not starting..
It feels like silencer is blocked due to excess oil flow forming hard deposits
Remove the silencer and see if water from one side flows easily on other side

Yes I know the sound quality is bad but I'm using different setup at present watch my previous video to know the quality

The minimum stroke of oil pump when idling is 0.20~0.25 mm by company manual
So brother oil pump pumps the oil in correct ratio rather than the oil we put in petrol tank right so always service and use oil pump only

Is it advisable to add oil in the tank even if the pump is in good working condition? I've heard from many people that this would prolong the life of the bore
I myself do that just to be keep the fuel tank free of rust and for no other purpose
Adding excess oil decrease the Spark plug life and inturn effeciency . so I add just 40ml oil ever month into the fuel tank with petrol by keeping oil tank full
this oil pump won't function if you fill the oil into the fuel tank right? why do people add oil into the fuel tank? what's the difference in doing so?
In many cases the so called mechanics won't adjust the flow of this pump and disconnect this oil pump and suggest to fill the oil to the fuel tank with petrol directly so that they are sure about the proportion of oil mixture entering the combustion chamber
adding oil through oilpump or directly through the fuel tank Both ways does the same job of lubricanting
But in case of oil pump you need to keep monitoring it's working as there might be chances of it getting failed over long period.

Recently my oil pump got failed and I haven’t noticed it for 2 days less oil was going to the engine, and when my bike was idle I was getting more noise from crank when I took the bike near the mechanic he said oil pump got failed due to this engine has come to bore. After this incident I’m more scared of the oil pump, so my mechanic told me to add oil directly into the tank as 40ml for 100₹ of petrol ⛽️ and also adding oil in the tank makes the engine smoother and also increases the life of engine.
Brother if the oil seals repaired in pump means the pump will not pump correctly and the oil will go excess to the carburettor right
Need not be the if you replaced it with right oil seal

No need for struggling for orginal oil seal if it's hard to find just replace with alternative seals but make sure it fits properly!
I have replaced after market oil seal back in 2018 and it's still working fine
Only thing is there are many types of oil seals available for different type of oil pump so choose properly

Hie bro planning to ride 900km journey on my rx100..
Any suggestions please..it's very first time I am going to ride my 2stroke to long distance, how should I prepare?

your decision on riding rx100 for around 900km is very good !
Rx100 is most comfortable for long rides, if only you maintain it properly during the ride
(Hopping your bike is maintained well before)
i also hope you have ridden your bike for like 150-200kms ,if not practice it and then try to go ahead
this gives you a confidence about your bike and also time to sort out issues in your bike if found
make sure your bike is good by first checking for
>engine oil
>tyres
>chain tighten and lube
>clean carburetor and air filter
>carburetor tuning( a bit rich side)
basically just do your bike service in order to keep up with this things above ( forget if its done recently)
make sure you hear no Odd engine noise if there is odd noise go consult an expert and ask if its Ok ,
cause there are many noises which are tolerable and some not.
on long rides i always carry a
spare spark plug (70rs) , tools like spark plug spanner (100rs) and + - screw driver (50rs)
maintain speed at around 75-80km/hr
dont ride above 90km/hr it is tempting but you have lots of kilometers to cover
try not to ride more than 80km on a single stretch ,if you are sure your bike can do more you can go till max 110km without stopping . if you are having a pillion ridding with you ,You should definitely take halt at 80km interval
give rest for around 10mins and continue

well then you know your bike.. you have nothing to worry about, you can easily complete 900km .

@@GAMINGBIKERBAZRAW Pump is not working.No movement in pump when engine is on.
@@shriyanshmishra8778 if you are sure about your pump not having movement then the pinion or plastic gear which drives the pump is damaged, if thats the case then changing the parts will solve the issue,
