I just don't understand why super keeps retconning shit....and making it worse???? retconning bardock was SO unecessary. They could have easily explored more both their characters orgins without contradicting the previous very well loved movies. shit is some bullshit. honestly super in general has been a slap in the face to the true fans....
The song makes sense for Bardock. By Saiyan standards, he is only a low-level soldier, not even worthy of meeting King Vegeta. Yet the more he fought he grew stronger than King Vegeta. "Rank is irrelevant." That's why Bardock is the most inspiring character to me.

They cry how the American soundtrack isn't "true to the series" or w/e, but for us who grew up with that, and thats all we ever saw, that is very much original to us. The english dub with the japanese music is absolutely horrible. Either go full japanese or full english.

Bardock father of goku and History of trunks will be my favorite DBZ movies mainly because of one reason. ITs not about Goku. I hate goku as a character and i think DB universe biggest issue is goku himself. Give me a series with out goku and ill love the hell out of it. This might be why i like dragon ball xenoverse games goku is a minor character in it.
