- A house may be transformed into looking fresh by a number of small touches, and today I'll be sharing some of the smart tips and tricks I often use in mine. Oftentimes, a place might seem dull due to the little, inconspicuous details. Even though it receives the greatest daily traffic, we hardly wipe the surface of a light switch. Using a magic sponge with very light hands is the simple trick.
Will be sharing about my most used drawer is this one which houses, tea coffee sugar, extra oil, my spice container, and kitchen towels too..So it’s a multipurpose spot which needs to be organized from time to time.
If you use chopping boards for decorative purposes on your kitchen countertop or use them otherwise - both ways it’s important to keep them clean. Also sharing a simple recipe that is fresh and light on the stomach. I hope you give it a try too
Masala Shikanji Recipe (I made half of this measurement and used normal sugar in place of Misri so please adjust accordingly)
Cumin seeds -2 tbsp
Black pepper corn-1 tbsp
Dry roast on low heat for 2 minutes & cool down.
Now mix this with :-
Unroasted Cumin seeds -2 tbsp
Black salt -1 tbsp
Sendha namak -2 tbsp
Saunth/ dry ginger powder -1/2 tbsp
Mishri -100 gm
Green cardamom -2
Grind all these ingredients in a mixer.
Store in a jar

For the Shikanji
Add ice cubes to a glass, juice of lemon ,1 tsp shikanji Masala, soda / water, mint leaves crushed (optional)
Mix well & Enjoy 😍🤩🌻

Hello...just a small query...wont vinegar leave a foul smell? I tried to use tht for cleaning kitchen counter top..but a foul smell lingers?..hv i gone wrong some way?
Vinegar tends to fade away with time..so you won't feel it after a couple of hours.
