This game and it’s tech are brutal on gcc and other.
Also utilize the TAUNT button people, it’s the aerial tech that matters. I forgo strafe personally on gcc because it’s so busted.
shorthop fast fall taunt = instant prone. = get up attack at ledge with Iframes and getup attack as a combo starter. There are many other uses for taunt. No one is covering it oddly, but I’ve labbed out tons. As well as extended aerial grabs utilizing c stick similar to jump cancel grab timing with falcon in melee.
@@712toaster Is that how PTM can auto cancel to down b up air strong after up throw?
@@Navi_xoo I believe that’s just L while grabbing to instant drop them, I don’t actually know if taunt while holding a character Z drops them, but shield does for sure. Ptm can also extend his grab range in the air by flicking c stick while grabbing, right after grabbing actually.

Wait, this game displays the GameCube X and Y buttons at the appropriate angles? Smash Ultimate doesn’t even do that!
hopefully when the Sora hype dies down a bit, more content creators will return to NASB, especially with the big patch the devs did

They’re honestly too different, especially from melee to ultimate. Melee has the most tech, All Stars has more air combos, and ultimate has more neutral play. They’re all just different ballparks. If we’re talking about “combos”, then All Stars would have to win. There’s just more consecutive hits in a sequence than both other smash titles.

Smash has more combos and is more difficult. Especially Melee.

@@equinox3861 That's what I tried to express with the inverted commas. Everyone can jump, airdash down and to the side and do an aerial. It's a really fun mechanic and I find it really similar to float cancelling
@@Agerzzs I have never heard the term "inverted commas" before. I have always said quotation marks, but I looked it up and "inverted commas" is a real thing. Huh. Learns something new every day.
Closest thing is aang with his air scooter. No projectile though
