Momo take vitamins and eat foods that build the bones, as we get older the bone density weakens, so foods and herbs are good candidates for helping the bones grow and stay sound.

PS, My daughter was here yesterday when I was watching Momo grate the coconut and telling her how that was my job when I was a child. My own mom used cheesecloth to squeeze out the water, and do her rice and peas. And my daughter said her mother in law does it like that too. We got a good laugh and happy memory.
