- Welcome to a new workout program series! Over the next few months, I will run the latest program from Barbell Brigade that came out relatively recently. It should be a healthy mixture of challenging and rewarding. I have a decent backlog so expect videos daily for a while.

I’ve never done floor presses before. They look cool
They're fun and may help if you have lockout issues.
For the side bends, maybe move your hands out wider?
I feel like the wider I move the more the bar slides side to side on my back. May have to though to save the tendon pain.
