mine has almost triple a games run gtx1050ti 8gb

I had to settle for a 1050 Ti back in 2021 due to the insane GPU prices. I'm not a heavy gamer these days (in fact I don't really game much) so I find it hard to justify getting a better GPU. Maybe next time when a great title catches my eye I'll upgrade, and hopefully GPU prices will be normal by then.

In some games, 1080p prolly not enough anymore in newly released games. Might drop to 720p or so.
So ive been using the ASUS cerberus oc edition. I keep a core clock of 1500 and mem of 7100 or more, I dont have alot of these same games, but metro exodus can {CAN} run at 60fps med settings. its playable. - for old tech, not bad in modern titles.
As long as it's 1080p I won't mind it if it's in low settings. 60fps is all i want
HAD THE MSI 1050 TI buyed in a prebuild in 2017 all nice and good until i changed the monitor 900p to full hd
I felt the same. I started at 1366x768 and when I went up to 1080p, it was tough.

Does gtx 1050ti support ray tracing? How you enabled ray tracing I am bit confused please explain
It does not support ray tracing natively, but there are games that allow them to be used using software based ray tracing like unreal engine 5.1 in fortnite where they used lumen to enhance lighting.
Games are not allowing you to use ray tracing, but technology itself can run on every GPU, because it's not made by Nvidia. That technology is being used in 3D rendering engines since long time ago, so I guess even GT series can run Ray tracing.

Optimizing the pc helps, like removing bloatware. Also make sure your gpu temps are good and not thermal throttling.

Well no one is buying a 1050 in 2023 , it's just shows that people who already have that from couple of years that it can still run some games without issue
Is very good card and can play almost all the games at medium settings and some games to higher
