Keep as in "keep alive" or including as in consuming? I'm in FL and you can definitely keep black bass, crappie, etc...I think in general the bag limit is 5 per day, only one over 16" for black bass. However, there are a lot of bodies of water where the FFW rules say you can't keep bass and I think certain kinds like Choctaw are always catch and release.
