Good stuff coach. In reference to your Dallas/Detroit package...I have always preferred keeping it easy for the big guys. (Ie: Dallas would Zone lt with the stick concept backside). My question is what do you tell the RB his aiming point is? I assume u would want him to hit it front side to avoid the man blocks to the backside.

We dont tell the back anything different from Inside Zone, want the steps and Mesh to be consistent. We will explain the blocking scheme to them, but most great backs run to daylight anyway. I dont overcoach backs i worry about steps and mesh points.

Im sure he's amended this since this video...not bad, but still too much memorization for the kids.. Simpler ways to do this.
