I think there will be season 3, because there was a scene in episode 1 where the manager was talking to the chairman and he said that seojeong didnt left doldam however she wont be around for a while but she will be back after 2 years, and also we shouldnt forget about teacher kim’s trauma center.
I would totally agree, this two deserve another season as main lead.....they did look like have potential love line between them....but again not all love interest starts love line and ends with fully loved. They don't really have to start with love interest from the very beginning, they both can have arguments and disagreements as the other couples but slowly fall for each other. Would writernim grant our wishes to come true?

I had so much hope that the character Do In Beom will be a lead character in the seasons to come. The character development was just on another level. Truly a character one grows to love. 😢 There’s always a bittersweet feeling while watching season 2 and 3 without him written as a main character.

Edited: I rewatched the first season and I would like to clarify. They were not step siblings. My apologies. But Inbeom's father was once Seojeong's guardian because he used to be a very closed friend of her deceased mother. HE thought they were siblings but SHE soon clarified that they were not.

For me season 1 is much better. The story, the flow, the act, the actors fits really well. Even the nurse and additional cast fits perfectly. If there is the 3rd season, hopefully the actors from season 1 to comeback. And adding Do in beom love interest would be great too😁😁
Yes season 1 is soooo much better than season 2. The main actors, the incredible surgery scenes, the story, the rythm and the mood... I want Yoo Yeon Seok, Seo Hyun Jin, Yang Se Jong and all the others back around Han Suk Kyu...
True! S1 was wayy better than s2. You can really see their struggles as a doctor and pluss the chemistry between the main leads which is dong joo and sejeong is soo good and do in beom and woo yeon hwa also has good chemistry and I also think that s1 has better sense of humor than in s2, they were soo many scenes that I laughed sooo hard.
I liked season 2 better, more characters I could relate to on a personal level and I liked the storyline more. Also the character development of one of the main bad guys, which as we can also see on season 3 - was a true change, he really understood what it means to be a doctor, while the main villain from season 1 never changed his ways. I prefer multidimentional villains who turn redeemable at the end.

S3 will be focusing on oddball projects and the trauma center i think, ofc all of the casts from s1 s2 will reunited as the way inbeom said when he had convos with kim sabu that he believe woojin for their projects and when kim sabu said both inbeom and dongjoo have to brace themselves and also he said to woojin that he will back because he only lend his snelli to godae for awhile, and dont forget abt kim sabu and minguk's convos abt having a trauma centre. Cant wait for the s1 and s2 casts reunited!!! It will be really daebak!

@@poojadadwal8421 I think there will be a S3, because of the trauma center story, and because Do In Beom said he would come back at the end of S2. Director Yu In Sik has a drama planned in 2021, so it could be in 2022, after Yang Se Jong comes back from the military. That would be awesome

As much as I want them to be the lead in season 3, I don't think they will be. Their characters were well-developed and concluded in season 1. Do Inbeom lose his insecurities and learn to become a team-player, we saw how he has become a warm-hearted person base on his cameo in season 2. Though he is still a little strict in some areas but like what he said to Dr. Ahreum, that is how he works with people 😁. While Woo Yeonhwa showed her competencies and became a more confident person in season 1.
I will be happy enough to see them as cameo in season 3 and show that something has developed between them even for just a glimpse of it 😊😊😊 Afterall, I have been a shipper of these two, even after Duel. Haha
I don't mind them being not the leads in S3. All I want is for these 2 to be in S3 and have a romance storyline. For Dr. Kang and Dr Yoon, and Dr. Eunjae and Dr. WooJin, I don't care much for their romance storylines. But for In Beom and YeoHwa, I'm rooting for them. 🥰 Wouldn't it be wonderful, the unlikely duo becomes a couple. 😍
