I'd personally advice a undercut.. still long but neater and modern.. a very short beard showing skin.. That's my personal point of view 😊

This is the very cut I got on Friday. As an older guy. it's nice to do some experimenting with the hair when we finally get a chance to leave the 9-5 routine.

Hey Dan, a couple of question, firstly, what brand and size scissors are you using in this video? They seem to have a good heft and action to them… and also, is it possible in a future video to do a bit of an in depth guide to sectioning? As in how to do it a bit smoother and make it easier to keep track of guidelines etc… hope you’re well and look forward to more videos!

Great video, love the cut.Same age as me and same hair.had it long most of my life but been wearing it short for a few years which I also enjoyed.Growing it out again now as still have a very thick full head of hair and definitely consider this cut.Thank you very much for the inspiration.

Hi Dan! I have a question! Is it okay to have a layered haircut after 3 months of hair growth? My last cut was in January; I got a side-part fade, and now (May) I can already comb back my sides. I want to achieve that kind of hairstyle and length. By the way, my hair is wavy and thick; do you have any suggestions? I am happy if you have one.

What scissors does Dan use?
Not even a conditioner? LOL Omg, I have long and wavy hair (2b) that tends to get frizzy, which is annoying, especially living here in the UK. I have to use conditioner, a leave-in, then a curling cream and then I have to use the hairdryer with a diffuser because if I just air-dried it, it would look awful.
Very close to Tom Cruise hair style in MI 2 :)

Dan, you cut off way too much from the bottom. I think it would look better if it was a bit longer at the neck. I'd prefer shoulder length. And you forgot to trim Dave's eyebrows. It looks way too thick.
