    My mom and I are both tall so when we redid our kitchen, we made all of the surfaces and cabinets a few inches taller than normal and it was AMAZING! No lower back pain when chopping or doing dishes (:

      Wow that’s cool, reminds me of the story of the house of Anne Bates. She was one of the tallest women ever and married a man (who she met in the circus) of similar height. Their whole house, from the doorways to furniture and cutlery, was scaled up. What a cool idea. Though it might effect resale value😂

    Nice video! Glutes are very important muscles for running. In fact if they are not strong you could have IT band problems and you will have pain on the knee. 💪 thanks for inspiring to get stronger

    My legs are shot for 3 days after leg days and makes running miserable. I miss doing legs very minimally when training due to running.
