I'm from the Midwest, and when I moved to GA as a truck driver that covered the southeast region. It's a lot of wildlife and swamp terrain, which I could imagine at that time was almost insane to deal with. Our ancestors are owed a whole lot.

I'm from Philly. I always wanted to know how my family ended up in Philly. I traced my family on my father's side all the back to 1698 Virgina.That's where the main white supremacists set up shop. My great great great grandfather occupation is listed as unemployed. My great great grandfather's & great-grandfather's occupations are listed as "servant." My grandfather, according to my father, made his money on the black market & in the stock market & lost it all when the stock market crashed in 1928, the same year my father was born. My grandfather moved to DC after my father & his twin sister were born. Then, they moved to Philly in the 1930s. Based on what I found, none of my family ever came from Africa.
I’m sure if you dig deeper you will be able to trace more. It does seem like your line was on the East coast but 1928 and before if you were black you came from one of the killing fields that was set up in America keep digging

Driving through Texas, especially at night is scary as hell. They have actual Discovery Channel wildlife out there. The dear in some of those areas are 200 probably 250 pounds. Like, actual game. You just seem them on the side of the road and that is scary.

Amazing broadcast. Unfortunately I didn't get to speak to my Grandparents about the past because I was too young. But my Aunt has mentioned my Grandmother who's from Mississippi wouldn't talk about it at all.

"Deadman's Pass"-was the result of an accident during the Bannock War when a teamster driving a wagon through the pass was killed by renegade Indians from the nearby Indian agency. Several other violent deaths in the pass reinforced the name over the years.

And what would be more fitting , attaching "Africa " to identify Foundational Black Americans ?
Africa wrote FBA off centuries ago and our ancestors created an history and experienced an unique experience in a land and a nation that they had to adopt .
Like it or not the reality is that the United Ststes is the nation of the FBA because our ancestors bones are in this land and not in Africa or the Caribbean .
I'm not going to detach from our American ancestors sacrifices , struggles , perseverance , and accomplishments just to make others in the Black diaspora comfortable in claiming Black American status .
If they have an issue with the United Ststes then they need to come with the agenda to fall in line with the Foundational Black Americans , but they are not .
The Black diaspora foreigners come to the United States claiming anti United States sentiments but at the ready to jump in front of FBA grinning in the faces of white people hoping for a slightly better treatment from white people .
Once they get the pat on the head from white people then they change up their tune to praise the United States while criticizing FBA .
No , tell the Black foreign diaspora to " wake up " because FBA haves centuries of experience in needing to be awake within the United States for their survival .
FBA knows the behavior of white America because they had the unique experience of being up close and personal with white Americans evils , and it is not " victim " mentality like the Johnny come lately foreigners like to spew to remember the unscrupulous characteristics of white America as a cautionary tale .
Black foreigners haves a weaknesses for white smiles and letting their guards down .
They like to mask their ability to be gullible for " friendly " White people as them not holding on to " hate " , hence the current conditions of the many African nations .

My own family lived under the EXACT same conditions described until 1954 in Mississippi. They LITERALLY escaped in the middle of the night to the north.

My gr gr gr grandfather Andrew Jackson Kendrick, born in 1836 escaped slavery and fought in the Battle of Nashville and others. He fought in many battles and returned home to Clarksville Tennessee, taught others to read. Grandpa Jack as he was called lived to over one hundred years old and died in 1944. I have his obituary and he is a great source of pride for me.
We difintely need a real history of the Seminole War(s) documentary. Andrew Jackson (aka Indian Killer), Gen Thomas Jessup, Gen Dade, John Horse, Wild Cat, Osceola, & many other's real story need to be told.

I couldn't find this after watching it live. I saved it to one of my playlist and when I checked for it to download it, it wasn't there. I went to this channel page and didn't see it either. Fast forward to today, just skimmed through this and I noticed that it's edited. Certain videos have been removed along with callers stories. Censorship at it's finest to feed the bs narratives. Also, it wasn't downloadable during the live stream, now it is.

I do not celebrate Juneteenth. It takes away from Black America, giving us our reparations and until we get reparation screw June 10 means nothing to me. Give my people what you owe them.
