We've been having these alignments for a while now because the outer planets are all grouped together in one part of the sky. It's powerful energetically but don't expect any one single MEGA event to occur
Proton and xrays seem to effect my fibromyalgia the most. I havent figured out amount level coming in. But last week was very hard fibromyalgia wise. So this helps explain what was going on being that high. Once fibro flare ups start it usually takes me 3 days of rest. Not happening duing the work week so i was struggling.

Wouldn't you say that the optimum "strike zone" is a little south of the solar equator? Because the sun itself isn't a stationary object, but is itself whizzing through the galaxy, dragging the planets along with it -- like a set of wind chimes tied to the tail of a jumbo jet?

Thanks Stefan. I always seek your channel when I feel this crazy energy affecting me. Oh my gosh I find this solar activity exhausting. I can feel when those intense proton waves hit us. It’s charging my chakra centres but it is so draining at the same time. I can’t eat anything but fruit and veg. My digestion is upset. I feel like I’m carrying 500 lbs around with me. I’m having these random emotional breakdowns. I know it’s all the solar energy and these planetary alignments creating all this massively intense energy. Is there a benefit to all of this energy slamming us?

New here because last night, June 14, my friend & I saw a large dark spot on the sun in the 1:00 area. We are in Florida. The spot started moving up & to the right and went to the “edge,” came back down a bit, then up to the “edge” again at about 1:00 and disappeared over or off the “edge.” All this with our naked eyes!
