Garrett Gilbert? PSU owns this matchup historically, but with all the changes to this PSU team, it could take them a few qtrs to find their rhythm & timing. Granted Andy K will have a few "gotchya plays" and PSU will certainly make plays, but I dont think its enough to overcome this improved Garrett Greene & WVU team. I think the upset probability is much higher than PSU fans are realizing and could very well be one of the rare years when WVU has a W beside this matchup.

Why is a bye week going to help Penn State this season, it usually does not. The Wisconsin game is a huge trap game - road trip before the Ohio State game.
Offensive and Defensive players will be learning a new system under new coordinators.
Ohio state could have a loss by the time they show up to Happy Valley. They play Oregon 2 weeks previous.
I say PSU has the best chance they've had in years to beat the buckeyes.
Ohio State could also get bit by Michigan last week of the season. Schedule sets up nicely, and if we execute we'll, all we need is a shot and a good bounce here or there.
