This is my first time playing this game, but I love Wolverine and Hugh Jackman as the epic Marvel character - and I am super hyped for the new Deadpool and Wolverine movie coming out later this year. And wanted to give this a playthrough while I wait, I am using a save so I can play with mods that give me suits inspired by the new movie for my run throughout the game. I hope you enjoy!

X-Men Origins - Uncaged Edition is recorded in 4K HDR on PC on a 144hz 4K Monitor and will include the full game, some free-roaming and messing about if I feel like it. This is done on my rig with an RTX 4090 Nvidia Graphics Card.

X-Men Origins Wolverine is a hack and slash superhero action-adventure game. X-Men Origins Wolverine Game follows the story of the movie that released around that time, X-Men Origins Wolverine (2009) film. The story is a combination of the Wolverine backstory explored in the film and an original plot created by Raven Software, which was influenced by major events in the X-Men comic series. X-Men Origins takes influences from games such as God of War and Devil May Cry with a third person perspective. Combat relies on three options - light attacks, heavy attacks, and grabs. Another form of attack is the lunge, which allows Wolverine to quickly close the distance to an enemy. Wolverine can also use the environment to his advantage. During combat, Wolverine's rage meter builds up, and when full allows him to use more devastating attacks, like the claw spin and a berserker mode, which increases Wolverine's claw strength until his Rage Meter empties.

[Notes]: After I recorded this part I switched out the reshade used here as I wasn't too impressed by the look as seen here, was quite faded out and grainy, so it should be better once I put up the next parts of this playthrough.

God I miss this game I was so mad that they didn’t put it on Xbox One it was my favorite Marvel game since The Punisher on the very first Xbox

This is awesome!! I've started watching the gameplay videos for X-Men Origins: Wolverine the moment Deadpool & Wolverine's trailers came out. This is something I've been imagining for quite some time, & now I finally got to see this gameplay with the Deadpool & Wolverine suit! Nice gameplay, and kudos to the modder who made this possible!
Thanks for checking out the video, glad to some else excited for Deadpool and Wolverine, two Canadian character back at it again one played by actual Canadian Ryan Reynolds and the other by fellow Aussie Hugh Jackman. Hope the movie will be great. And for the suit portion of mods installed the Wolverine suit mod is made by Wazerad who recently updated the coloring to match the suit as seen in the trailers, they did good work! Hope you have a good one. 💯

Yeah saw it on Nexus also has a sleeveless variant due to Hugh Jackman's Wolverine showing the outfit with and without the sleeves from the new trailers for the movie. The person did a good job, didn't know they had mods for this till I looked around. 😁

The mod is very well done
I agree, it had a few updates it started off less bold in colors, then had an update to make the colors of the suit pop more, then the author did another update to add full sleeves as was their preference and it fits with one of the new ads for the movie coming out. 💯

You need to put the file somewhere, then open Texmod, first select the game exe and then the files for the suits. I hope this helps out, sorry if not. 💯 (You need to to it before each launch of the game like me)

@@tg-tg2zh I just extracted to it's own folder - it just needs to be able to be selected to put into Texmod.

Sadly unavailable for Steam and such, only places I've seen it is on ebay and I won't recommend non legal places. Hope you can find it somehow, it is the "Uncaged Edition" of X-Men Origins Wolverine.
