こんこんと湧き出る羊蹄の伏流水。「名水百選」に選ばれた極上の味を堪能して
末広がりの美しい姿から蝦夷富士と呼ばれる名峰・羊蹄山。ふきだし公園の湧水はその地下水が地表に湧き出したものです。 羊蹄山に降った雨と雪が地下へと浸透し、数十年の歳月を経て養分を含み極上のナチュラルウォーターとなって「ふきだし公園」に噴き出ています。一日の湧水量はなんと約8万トン！約30万人分の生活用水に匹敵するほどです。昭和60年には環境庁（現環境省）の「名水百選」に認定され、エリアでも指折りの観光名所として多くの方々に親しまれています。公園内には道の駅（名水プラザ）があって、名水を使ったお土産も色々そろっています。
The underground water of Yotei that springs up. Enjoy the exquisite taste selected as one of the 100 famous waters Mt. Yotei is called Ezo Fuji because of its beautiful shape. The spring water in Fukidashi Park is the underground water that springs up to the surface. The rain and snow that fell on Mt. Yotei permeates underground, and after several decades, it becomes the finest natural water that contains nutrients and spouts out into Fukidashi Park. The amount of spring water per day is about 80,000 tons! It is equivalent to the domestic water for about 300,000 people. In 1985, it was certified as one of the 100 best waters by the Environment Agency (currently the Ministry of the Environment), and is popular with many people as one of the best tourist attractions in the area. There is a roadside station (Meisui Plaza) in the park, and there are various souvenirs made with famous water.
羊蹄山湧出的地下水。享受被選為百名名水之一的精緻口感 羊蹄山因其美麗的形狀而被稱為蝦夷富士。吹出公園的泉水是從地下水中湧出到地表的水。羊蹄山上的雨雪滲透到地下，經過幾十年的時間，成為含有營養成分的最優質的天然水，噴出到吹出公園。每天的泉水量約為8萬噸！相當於約30萬人的生活用水。 1985年被環境廳（現環境省）認證為百佳水域之一，作為該地區最佳的旅遊景點之一而受到許多人的歡迎。公園內有路邊車站（美水廣場），有各種用名水製作的紀念品。
