@@IHatePikeys I always put the bar down because I strap in on the chairlift most of the time.(It’s a Quebec thing) But a guy died about a month ago at my home resort falling from a chairlift with the bar up…that was fucked up.
@@Jotorunskisnowboarding I’ve literally heard bitching and moaning about putting the bar down in the US…if it has footrests then it alleviates heelhold wear and tear and damaging your tendons and ligaments from a board hanging off one knee..
Hi, I wear a helmet, but how about not normalizing “helmet preachers”. If riders don’t want to wear one, especially if they are way better than the rest of you, then so what? literally 100s of ways to die and be permanently handicapped while wearing a helmet. I lost a friend to internal trauma while wearing a helmet. Sad when “snowboarders” tell others how to snowboard.
