+MythicalShoto You don't balance a move based on how difficult it is to execute. Eventually people will pull it off consistently. Anyway, guile won't be adjusted until 2017 and even then, we haven't see anythnig yet that screams "too strong", wait until we see him in actual tournaments.

Capcom is adapting as they create, because they are releasing characters post- launch; this gives them (1). More time to develop the character. and (2). a better idea of the overall "feeling" of the game and how people adapted to the new characters, moves, and game mechanics. What I'm saying is, they have the time to analyse the game in it's current state and adapt a DLC character (like Guile) to the game, where as the other characters were developed with no "real world" previous experience (save for the few betas) in relation to each other. I believe that all the DLC characters are going to be more powerful than the originals because of this.

I assume he threw the sonic boom from the corner of one end of the stage then had both characters dash to the opposite corner to get that far ahead of it.

It was always Somersault in Japan and Guile started calling it such back in Street Fighter Alpha 3 even though movelists in English called it Flash Kick. Starting with Street Fighter IV, they got English voice actors and they called it Flash Kick, but I guess Capcom of Japan really likes just calling it Somersault.

For two, several of these combos are completely unlikely to ever happen in a match. Three, Guile is primarily a zoning character. He isn't built to rush down and doesn't have a lot of ways to open up the opponent. Four, all of these combos require V-Trigger and a very high level of execution. Asking for a character to be nerfed at all is really pathetic, but asking for a character to be nerfed just because of some training mode combos is completely ridiculous. If you can't handle Guile's combos, go home and be a family man.
