I hope you’re doing well.
Unfortunately, I was infected this year while living in Indonesia.
I’ve been treated in January, March and just recently in June every time with Metronidazole.
Unfortunately, the parasite seems to be very resistant to this treatment.
My last treatment which I finished 6 days ago was:
Metronidazole 750mg, 3X per day for 10 days.
Followed by Paromomycin 750mg, 3X’s per day for 10 days.
In total, 20 days of antibiotics and my symptoms are not much better than they were before I started the treatment.
I’m honestly very worried and could use any valuable information you have to treat and cure this parasite infection.
Thank you for sharing valuable information about this parasite.
Unfortunately, this parasite is ruining my life and my career, please help me if you have any solutions.
