Congrats on a great hunt. Wonder if it was the same spot I found my couple of coins in. Found a really nice gold ring on Wednesday. Was out this morning but the tide was coming in so not a lot of beach. I found a pendant for cremation ashes so if you hear anyone lost one, please send them my way as I would love to find the owner. Those walking liberties and buffalo's are coins we'd find here in the Midwest. But that's very interesting that you'd find them on the beach!

@idigdaytona4478 yep. Still really cool to find them washed up. Most of the beach videos show pennies and clad and sometimes rings. If be super stoked to find silver coins in my scoop. I found a Buffalo nickel the other day. Can't make the date out. It's really worn smooth at that spot.

Wow! Brian great finds it's been years sense I have dug a Waking liberty I find several Mercs every year and a pocket full of Wheats but big silver is hard to find out here in Central CA. I hope the beach yields more treasure in the next few days.

Hi Steve , the Vega is sitting out in the barn. When Little Blue broke down I was not sure how much money it would take to get her back on the road. I got Little Blue back a few weeks ago and came down with a cold the next day . Getting back to normal now. I just need the time to pull the brake calipers off and measure my brake caliper pistons . I have to get to the bottom of why the brakes don't perform as they should. It may be the Corvette master cylinder piston is too large and not giving me enough pressure. Its time to do some math . That looks like a 3 1/2 leg buffalo nickel. If it is, that’s definitely a more rare verity buffalo that holds expensive premiums. Nice finds!

There are some tricks hear on CZcams on using acid to show the date on those old buffalos. give it a shot I've had some luck with it.

Ever think about a ebay store for selling the items that you've found?
Hi buckzilla , I have heard some horror stories from people that sell on ebay . A store keeper down town sold an antique silver bell. The buyer said it was not as advertised and wanted a refund. They returned a plastic bell and ebay sided with the buyer and made the seller refund the money even tho the item returned was plastic junk . The rip off buyer got their money back and the seller was basically robbed of an antique silver bell. You have to be careful on ebay . Thanks for watching .

I'm vacationing there in a couple weeks. Going to Daytona beach for one day. Where is a good place for me to park. I can't park on beach sand, though. (Rental car)
Hi ShowMeMO-Digs , there is free parking lot on the south side of the Hard Rock Hotel. This is on the north side of the main pier about a mile . South of the pier is Sun Splash Park .
