I ordered that same banana pillow balm and ulta accidentally sent me the original after I reached out they sent me the banana but not them trynna get me to return the other after their mistake 🙄
naurr the first time they did that i went STRAIGHT to google and looked up if i had to even tho it was their mess up.
turns out i didnt have to so i was able to keep the misplaced item and they reshipped the thing i ordered!!!
