per regulation, all Thai banknotes are still legal tender - like the US. in september 2022, when i withdrew cash from an ATM, I got a few 1000baht notes of the 15th series and it was accepted by vendors. if street/shop vendors don't accept your old banknote, banks are everywhere in Thailand so you can go in there and exchange for a new note.

Can still use series 15 in thailand or will they refuse to accept the old thai baht?
