Hippos visiting the Makutsi pool

Every now and then something rare and special happens in Africa. Here, a mother and baby hippo decide that the Makutsi Pool simply looked to inviting to ignore. As they strolled by the pool, they suddenly decided that a little dip in the pool is just what they needed. The only way for us to get them out again was to empty the pool, after which they left again, looking for another water hole to go and enjoy.
