INGREDIENTS
pho soup:
1 spoonful of beef bouillon
5cm (2â) piece ginger, sliced
1 cinnamon stick
3 whole star anise
5-7 cloves
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp gelatine powder
filling:
1lb ground pork
2 stalks finely chopped scallion
1 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
1 tsp finely grated fresh garlic
1 tsp fish sauce
2 batches homemade dumpling wrappersâŻ
black vinegar for the dipping sauce
roughly chopped cilantro to garnish
red thai chili peppers to garnish
