Here is a music track from Extreme-G 2 [PC Version]. The PC soundtrack features a few remixes from the Nintendo 64 version.
I used the Nintendo 64 box art, due to it fit the video aspect ratio, and is at a higher resolution.

Bar none one of the greatest atmospheric DnB tunes ever made.

This is definitely the music from Lumania. I've played a lot of PC XG2, and this is Lumania. It's a distinctive song, and the airy music fits well with the track.

According to Khinsider this is Aquanor from the PC version (N64 version is different)

@ABlackFalcon I wish I could find a rip of the game to clear this all up. I'm almost over compulsive when it comes to organizing my music. I actually DON'T have this soundtrack on my computer anymore because of the lack of tagging information.

I made a mash-up with another version of this song... that was last year now that I recall.

@Pivotchop Yeah, bought it back in '99 or 2000, new for like $8 or something... I have the box and manual too. I really loved the game...

@Pivotchop The game is basically the same as the N64 game, but with a few changes. Good changes are that the framerate's great, on any computer from the last 10 years it'll be a smooth 60fps or more. Also it supports much higher resolutions than the 320x240i of the N64 ver, you can play at 1024x768 at least. Not sure about widescreen. That means much sharper graphics. It supports gamepads too.
On the bad, the game has no multiplayer, and battle mode was entirely removed. Unfortunate.

@DaDude261 I'll need to play the game again, the game uses redbook audio. 17 audio tracks (you have 16 here), but the last two are the same (they're the one you called 'Winner'), except one is 2:05 and the other 2:03.
    Also:
-Your Cordilon - Inlet is actually the Intro music, played during the intro video.
-What you call 'Results' doesn't just play on a results screen, but is the music played on the menus throughout, so I call it the main menu music. I don't know the actual title though.

@ABlackFalcon Would you by chance know the songs for the entire game? Could you help me figure out which track is which?

@sualocin To be honest, I've lost track too. I never owned this game. :/
iTunes says this one is Sensara. To be honest, I don't really know, and the only way I would be able to verify, is if I saw gameplay of the PC version. Which, as far as I know, none exist. :/

this is Aquanor, you had it right, iTunes is just weird

  • @ABlackFalcon

@ABlackFalcon Also, it has no new tracks or anything, the main new feature is the great new CD audio soundtrack here.
However, overall it's a great game, and multiplayer aside is definitely the best version of the game. The N64 version's great, but with better music and sharper, smoother visuals the PC version is better.

Title says Sensara, in vid track title says Aquanor and commenter corrected to Lumania. You've lost me on this one.
