I watched Celine's world tour around the first of February 2009 in Tulsa Oklahoma at the BOK Center..I paid 22 dollars apiece for 2 tickets. I took my mother. My mom had never been to a concert before other then seeing fairgrounds concerts and to this day she still talks about that concert. Iv been to a lot of concerts from Nirvana's last concert when I was a teenager to punk shows to all kinds of 90salternatice bands, and stuff like heard, Sheryl crow,. Chris Isaak and then shows with lots of artists one after another, loolapaloza and I can say Celine Dion put on the best show of them all and had the best voice of anyone I ever heard live.
And she is very conscious of her audiece. She doens't think....I am a hot shot and they should be glad to see me. She feels....these people took time out of their lives to be here so I need to deliver.

They live in an English speaking country and really have no intention to leave so they obviously have to learn English as well.
