Im all about self-care since we give away too much of ourselves to our profession, we need TLC whenever we can, and the first person who'll give it to you is yourself.:) hahah I love my water flask ( mahirap lang linisin) coffee mug ( the only thing is that it's exposed - the lip part) not ideal for hospitals, Thanks wish you all the BEST too!!!
