Thank you for information on how to adjust zippers. I love having pockets in all my clothes, even shirts and blouses, especially zippered pockets. I think it’s a good idea to add pockets to the inside or sometimes outside of garments sewn for elders who have a hard time keeping track of their cellphone, and zippered pockets for kids.
I think I need this for my jeans!

She showed that she cut them off, sealed them, and turned them under.
Yes. I just fold and then top stitch. If you can't fold it your fingers you can baste it. Cheers!

Yes you could, but you must be very aware of where the stitches go :))

I just want to add zippers to my hand pockets.
My sister just paid $50 to have 2pairs of 8y.o. granddsughters pants hemmed. They cut off, turned up and stitched them, nothing fancy. She didn't want to ask me, since I had just hemmed 2pairs of husbands jeans for her. I fussed at her, for not asking me. Got to love her.
