In this exercise, the positive and negative transitions are worked on. The first action, the blue team performs 2vs2 with the red defenders and must finish at the goal. The second part of the exercise, the red team goes on the counter-attack and forms 4vs3 and the blue team executes the negative transition and must defend its own goal
