  • These were delicious! 9.5 out of 10! I cannot wait to make these again. I absolutely love trying new things! These well be soo good with salmon and of course crab as well. Trader Joes did not have crab meat so I will be on the look out to try these again with crab! Using the stuffing mix was a great idea!
I pretty much filmed the entire process and I don't know how much of everything I used but I will try to give you the best guestimate of what I would do if I made them again:
    1 pound of shrimp
1 package of pre-seasoned stuffing mix
    2 tablespoons of garlic
    2 tablespoons of onion powder
1 tablespoon of old bay seasoning
    1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    1 teaspoon ginger powder
    1 tablespoon butter
    1/2 medium onion
    1/2 cup diced bell peppers
    Olive Oil
Season shrimp with 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 tablespoon of onion powder, 1/2 tablespoon of old bay seasoning , 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, and 1 teaspoon of ginger power of a little fresh ginger.
Sauté shrimp in butter until cooked
Add 1 cup of water to stuffing mix along with onions and bell peppers and mix until breading is fully coated with the water. mix in the cooked shrimp.
Form patties with the mixture and pan fry on both sides until browned. Approximately 3 minutes on each side to cook the breading all the way through.
    Enjoy!
