Ehm I use the ingame video editor in the pc version, so i can cut those videos an ad slo-mo and stuff, and there is a record feature in the pc version so i only press a key an i have the last secons it is very diffrent from 20 secs to 1min30. So i do not use any other tool or programms than the GTA 4 Game itself. hope could help. Greez
