Sweet .. so cool a bike can have a little fun on jumps and do as good as it does on trails and you can ride it on the street with pure reliability. I have a 250 carbureted one and I love it, and that is comparing it to my 2019 KTM 250 exc-f which I sold and my DRZ400

Surprised by the KLX300S. Nice video. Advice for you if I may be so bold: Never wear a backpack with a hard object in it. Better get a tail bag or panniers. Told my cousin that for years and one day he took a high-side and landed on his camera shattering two vertebrae in his back (t3 t4). God managed to protect his spine though and he healed back to normal but not without some worrying weeks in hospital. It was close. ...so buy some luggage mate. Not worth the risk.

Pretty good work with that dual sport on the MX track. That Sandy track appears to be nice and moist which to me is perfect conditions. Once that sand is dry and powdery it makes it a bit harder to get traction from the rear and grip around corners.

This is ultimately the type of video I want to see on the KLX because all of us are wondering what its limits are. I mean watching a review is nice and all but if the rider doing the review isn't pushing the bikes limits then you really can't get a good idea of what you are buying. I want to know what the bike I am buying is capable of and videos like this do that. Thumbs up from me

@@Cd55650 Thanks for asking, LCC. Well, I ended up joining a local motorclub here south of Stockholm. Got myself a statewide training & competition license, and a pair of good boots with some body protection. At first I used my KLX230 on the mx-track, but this was pretty hard on the suspension. So, I later bought a KTM EXCF 350 which I use today exclusively for off-roading, mostly enduro on their forest track just beside the mx-track. My motoring has evolved, something which has helpled me alot regarding handling my motorcycle on road in general.

seems to do a good job on the track , for a heavy ish trail bike , testers say the kawi has better suspension than the honda 300l.. people might want to note that if jumps are your thing.. you did a good job showing those jumps = i did not think that a trail bike with all the bits still on could be that good..

Bro, you clearly have skills but invest in some protective gear before mods. I have the same bike so I know the feeling of wanting to mod it out but priorities lol.
Years ago I broke my talus (weight bearing ankle bone) while surfing cuz I landed all of my weight on a sandbar with my leg locked at the knee. I can imagine a bad fall on the bike could do the same or worse. I was in a cast and boot for 4 months, had 2 surgeries and 2 months of physical therapy after that and it's still not the same. You're young! Protect yourself now so you don't have issues later on.

Idk why soo many ppl put down the klx300 when it comes to doing mods n wanting more power I also don't get why ppl are soo blown away by it being able to go around a track and hit some jumps , while no the bike is not intended to be a race machine and land 50 foot jumps its still a fucking dirt bike like are yall thar dumb ? The bike still carries its motocross chassis with a fully adjustable and rebuildable rear shock ...wow like other mx bikes ...the only Part that it slacks a lil is the front springs otherwise thus bike could do it all just not land a 50 foot jump like I said but this bike is very cable of being a low stress engine track machine and totally can have fun , Larry roseler used to actually race his klx300r on a track and woop motocross bikes asses multiple times so I don't understand why this bike gets shit on for trying to do things its not directly marked for . Was it honda ever mean to be the first fwd car to hit 200mph no...was it ever meant to be a drag or track car...no so like stfu 😂 I've read soo many forums on ppl wanting to get more out of it n ppl reply back just trashing them do whatever you want with your klx especially if it's only costing you your time and some money do it this bike has alot of potential
