mere area ki jo dealership h wo dashkon se tata bech rhi h, so they have very good reputation aur unki customer dealing is just amazing,
they actually treat customers as family. the behaviour of service center is also very good,

6 months back my sister bought Tata punch n I was there , I was amazed by the service of the sales team.
No compulsion of accessories n also she bought insurance from outside.
N delivery was also in a week. Delivery experienced was also best .
We r from Pune n here there is hardly one or two tata distributors .
Lol Pune is centre of Tata motors factory...there are many dealers in pune

Haters are gonna hate, but the fact is TATA is really listening to its customers and is improving day by day 💯
- About the mileage, yes it will be low in the initial days of purchase but eventually will increase. Major difference to be seen after 3rd service. Nothing new, happens to every car. Mine (PETROL) gives 23-24kmpl easily on highways, even getting 18kmpl on mountains so you can imagine, I don't measure tank to tank but reduce it by 1-2 kmpl to match real scenarios, still worth it.
- The only issue with service that I see as of now is that it takes more time, definitely would appreciate if this can be improved in future but not a shop stopper. I plan accordingly and usually have a day free for that, our CAR takes care of us so you can spare 1 day for it. 😁
- Nothing matches the RIDE QUALITY and COMFORT of TATA cars, those who drive, know it well.

I Own Tata Nexon xz plus s varient . Car is really good and i am also getting good mileage on highway at around 20 to 21 kmpl without AC and around 18 to 19 kmpl with AC . I dont felt service issue so far.

I have 2018 model , milage is max in sports mode, I agree. I have got more than 20 with AC on , on highway.

Sales and Service might be different for different states. In Maharashtra we havent heard that much of complaints as in your state.

I have fearless Diesel, i had major issues for last 6 months, the 360 camera and the instrument cluster didn't work consistently failed 90% of the time. I live in Banglore, and I bought the car from my home town Jabalpur. I struggled alot in Banglore the KHT motors service station didn't solve the problem they tried alot, but in trying they kept my vehicle for more than a week at a strech, but frankly they had shit customer experiance. On the contrast when i went back to Jabalpur these guys went above and beyond to solve my problem the service station is called Frontier Tata. They took my vehicle for 3 days when i said I needed vehicle and can't leave it, they provided a loaner Car Nexon itself. I was very surprised hesolved all my issues despite the fact that there was Eid and it was a holiday for the most of his staff. He kind of made me trust Tata. Not gonna lie Tata has its hardships but the dealership i have and the service manager I got to meet in Frontier Tata at Jabalpur is amazing person. I don't think I am going to go to service station in Bangalore ever again.

same here, almost booked Exter but then jumped ships and got my Nexon Creative delivered last month. so far so good, did one road trip to Munsyari UK, the road presence is miles ahead than Exter but the noisy 3 cylinder engine is my only gripe.

I live in delhi .. ignis petrol 30000 km in 1.5 years , maruti owned service centre asked me use 5w40 synthetic oil while on 20000 km another autherrized centre used 5w30 synthetic oil ..
