That’s consistent w/ my understanding. He lived into exactly the path that was laid for him and did it to the fullest only to almost die trying to hold on to that as it was being radically dismantled right in front of him .. from the absolute top to the absolute bottom in a blink of an eye - and that’s before he flipped

I can almost guarantee that a release date is tied to his actions and is not far away - figure he’s served more than 25 on his 25-Life already so even cooperating on some lesser State case would probably have sufficed. I will say that I don’t think he does this if not for the perfect storm of coming out on the losing end in the power struggle *and* there being a Fed indictment about to wrap.

Hey bro, you should make videos of you reading the transcripts from this trial. I don’t know if you have time to commit to something like that, but I know people will watch it.
The interesting thing about this case, compared to the AB indictment that just ended, is that the federal government is being much more disciplined about everything being filed under seal… The transcripts won’t be available until October of next year! There are certain motions and opinions I can get my hands on (I have to pay for it though) so I might put some of that out.
