My fiance is leaving for boot camp today, he is on the bus to the airport, I don't know as if I'll be able to talk to him after he gets off the plane, it may be once a week for 6 months, it may be not at all except for letters, it could be every day if his drill Sargeant is chill. There's a lot of uncertainty and it's really scary and stressing and sad, and your vods and videos have been great for consuming my time and thoughts. Even when you go a day without posting, they're great for rewatching too. I'm so thankful for you existing
Military spouse here! It depends the branch and where hes going for boot. My fiancé went army and went to fort Jackson which they call “relaxin Jackson” because it’s more laid back. They got their phones on sundays for a phone call (which was only like 10 mins if that) HOWEVER all the guys in my fiancé’s platoon was HORRIBLE, the worst one, so they only got their phone maybe twice sadly. For other branches, his buddy went Air Force and called his girlfriend quite often actually! And then he had another buddy go marines, we barely EVER heard from him, maybe a letter once a month and no phone calls. I understand how scary it is, but I promise those letters will make your day! And seeing him for the first time after awhile is the BEST feeling. Keep your head up and stay busy! It really helps. My fiancé and I have been together long before he even wanted to join, so we went through boot camp, his AIT (which was 9 horrible long months during peak of Covid) and we’re now finally passed that! We’re at his first duty station and he’s currently deployed, but we talk every day! And we talked every day after he graduated boot camp too! Best wishes!
Another military fiancé! my fiancé went to fort Leonard Wood last July, he’s in the army. The first 6 weeks were strictly just letters for us, then he finally started getting phone calls for like 10-15 minutes on Sundays. Once he was out of white phase we started getting longer calls on Sundays and letters were sent more frequently but everything is kinda jumbled and different for everyone right now because of covid, the first little bit is gonna suck but these streams were the only way I could sleep at night lol it made me feel like someone was there with me.
A little context from me, my fiance just left for Benning, he's joining the army, and he's doing ranger training too so he'll be gone for 6 months, supposedly he'll get Christmas off though
@@gwendolynrobinson3900 he should! Mine was in AIT at Fort Gordon in Georgia during Christmas but they got leave to come home for the holiday! They just had to quarantine when they got back.

my dad has a Tesla its ok its probably not as good because your not gonna be sat in your car for very long so unless you charge you car all the time away from home, we haven't used a controller with it im not sure if you can but yh its good its cool to have it there
