Laser Cleaning Heavy Duty Valve Assemblies

In this video we demonstrate the cleaning capability of our laser on valve assemblies. This particular client is looking to reduce bottle necks in production lines due to manual cleaning, blasting and chemical washes. The objective is to reduce blasting and chemical costs as well as reduce cleaning time. As you can see in the video the laser does and phenomenal job of cleaning even heavy duty contamination but if the contaminant is heavy enough manual cleaning is sometimes unavoidable but substantially reduced. Its only a matter of knocking off loos debris.

I bought a jnct 100w pulse laser cleaner with raycus laser source and it is broken with only hours of use bad quality machine and the technical support is worst don't buy I loose usd 12.000.
