@@KyaPataKya literally any bozo could orchestrate a PD gun robbery and once you have a gun it just gets easier to get more. It's very easy to avoid being chased as well and even if you get chased it's not that hard to escape especially now when you can hijack cars that smoke cops in 3 seconds.

@@user-st2lo9nu9m they were removed from the tow rep due to the amount of grinders. on day 4 i think like 1/3rd of the tow truckers had access to it, so they decided to remove half the crow bars and zuck was luckily the last ones to have it. crow bar right now is the access to the best crim job at the time. so everyone wants 1.

No, ocean dumped means they may come back, but will have some amnesia about certain things (discretion of the RPer what they recall). Or the player being ocean dumped could decide that it's the end of their character.
