You are depressed because you let depression get control over you, regain control and never be depressed again.
@ruststar I just went through a breakup with my partner for 15 years, who i visualised my future with, went into depression and started drinking heavily and taking drugs. This resulted in losing the only job I've ever loved.
Update on that, I'm going to a clinic for 3 months, and after treatment, my employer will give me my job back.
Full beast mode, not be by myself hulking and missing my ex. This is absolutely what i need.
