手工皂哪種油好用：實驗四種不同的油，製作與評比

你跟我一樣不知該選擇哪一種油做肥皂嗎？這次我做了一個小實驗，看看橄欖油、澳洲胡桃油、米糠油、酪梨油各自做出來的皂有什麼不同。同時，我還要教你怎麼一次只做100g (一顆) 肥皂喔！
到了下集，依均親身實測由四種油：初榨橄欖油、澳洲胡桃油、酪梨油、米糠油所做成的皂，究竟各有什麼特色。相信大家看了這一集，一定會有很多收穫，下次做皂時，會很清楚該用什麼油了！經過這一次的實測，也大大改變我以往的觀念！

Have you ever wondered which oil to use for your next soap? This time I made a little experiment to see how olive oil, macadamia oil, avocado oil and rice bran oil perform in soap making and how are they different in lather, hardness and gentleness. Also, I will teach you how to make only 100 g of soap (1 piece) at a time. Part 1 explains the whole making process.
In Part 2 of this project, I tested the four soaps that I made last month using extra virgin olive oil, macadamia oil, avocado oil and rice bran oil, respectively. I tested how they perform in hardness, tendency to melt, lather and gentleness in cold, warm and hot water on the hands, face and body.
In the next episodes, I will use the knowledge I learned from this experiment and design four soap recipes. Please keep in touch!!

橄欖油、澳洲胡桃油、米糠油、酪梨油各40 g
椰子油、硬棕櫚油，每款各20 g
鹼 : 水= 1:1 每款12 g + 12 g
[Ingredients]
Olive, macadamia, rice bran, avocado oil each 40 g.
Coconut oil, palm stearin, 20 g for each soap.
Lye : water = 1:1, 12 g+12 g for each.
