Yeah I'm leaning towards them! But we shall see how the Factions come. Well I only saved a bunch of replays as honestly a lot of the battles weren't really battles haha. Not sure I'd be into such a video just as I try to maintain quality over anything. I could perhaps send you some replays. I'm curious to how it works exactly so if you like, we could try it. I think it's pretty simple.
hi , I'm doing the exact strategy with normal AI the empire , once I kill away their infantry and cav they just destroy me with guns , how can I solve this problem ?
Aye' on table top, my opponent played defensive with his Empire Army. I played my Orcs and Goblins. We played 5000+ pt. Games. And he had his nasty cannons blowing holes in my ranks. Then once in range,... Hails of X-bow bolts/Arrows flew into my ranks. Then, once I'm down 1\2 strength. The bloody Cavalry charges in, along with his Flagilents... Love the Old world battling. Sold off my Green Skins, and now building a 5000pt. Karaz-A-Karak Throng.
At first I read "DWARF" and got scared of watching a defensive strategy from your side.... but then I remembered that Zerkovich ain't no p*ssy, and attacks like a champion to kkkkkrush his n00vz enemies, tearing appart their weeks armies and slaving their kids and... Ok I got too excited. It seems fair that you make the starter factions guides in a different way that the DLC's, just... just include the 20 slayers rush strategy pls.
this may be a strange question, but why great weapons on the front line? why not the shields for the extra defence so they hold longer/take less damage?
uuuuuh the under empire, gonna be tricky to pull off for sure(I hope it is not just another horde faction(although some is better than nothing)). I hope Clan skryre and their warpstone weapons gonna be in the new game.
I think the imaginary rat people are going to be the 4th faction for sure. On reddit, CA's community manager confirmed that there will be guaranteed 4 base game factions included that are non-DLC, and in the reveal trailer, only 3 races were revealed, but also a rat. The fact that only 4 references were made pretty much guarantees that those 4 will be in. There is some speculation that since the Southlands are included, one of the only other super iconic races that might be released as early DLC would be the Tomb Kings, which would be really cool to see.
Got me the Wood Elves for the first game, and they are quite the @$$holes in their Diplomacy, but absolutely devastating in combat, i took a Beastman army appart by sending my missile units on a plateau and guarding them with Wardancers while harrassing with Hawk Riders. Annihilated an army twice my size in the end.
Even though the new game will release relatively soon the faction guides should apply in there too if you own the previous game. I say make the guides. (it would be awesome if you gave campaign tips too)
organ guns are like my fav unit to use as the dwarfs they just destroy everything as long as you protect them can't wait to fire them into skaven swarms
speaking of rapid fire cannons could you try a battle with the hell-blasters as ive never really found a use for them during campaign or multiplayer they just seem underwhelming and the only really use for them ive seen is for harassing air units but there are other units that can do the job better.
I haven't used them a ton but the Sunmaker Helstorm is pretty beasty. One volley whipped off half a Dwarf Warrior health bar. As well as damaging others. Can be good against lots of numbers I'd say.
About that issiue that ur anti cav build for the dwarfs doesnt work on human players, played an online battle against bretonia and he had 6 cav units and he was a good player i guess. Yea nah no worries, that organ guns shred through stuff like the butter u forgot to put back in the freezer. Gave me a huge stiffi seeing flying unicorns biting the dirt 👌👍

I think they said that there won't be any other DLC for Total War Warhammer.
Maybe in the third game along with Chaos and Ogres..would match :D
They did Clan Angrund/Bloody Handz/Von Carsteins etc. So I'd say it's possible the Empire army may get a couple factions at some point.

I think he was counting on the armor piercing element of the halberd. Greatsword would be a far superior choice though
