Suggestion: The Candy Vaults should be 5% chance when you run a cake vault. This has the benefit of making Cake Vaults both, more valuable for uncraftable decorations and harder if you have to find that one cake.

Nobody is quoting bee movie because it's so sophisticated and well thought out, and the point is, frankly, time locked things are "dumb" so making it more likely seasonal but rare other times, as long as it's not unavailable other times

There should be an item that activates the holiday theme(s) outside of the holidays! It's so cute!
It will probably need to only add a chance of getting the festive theme, as an item that changes the theme could be used to not have nether or void themes.

@@ROBST3RR We modified our config file to greatly reduce them. They are adorable but the powdered snow and the visual confusion was a bit much...

I am really blown away by the quality of the the_vault mod. It's probably one of the biggest mods ever made in terms of content, and it's so polished in every aspect--textures, models, animations, structure generation, UIs. It's clearly an extremely talented dev team that's passionate about their work, which is all the more impressive that you've been able to make the project self-sustaining, and be able to afford to employ such talented developers and artists! Amazing work all around!

Absolutely loving the new festive themes, the gingerbread men always put a smile on my face
I started playing Vault Hunters yesterday and my first experience in the vault was "NOT THE GUMDROP BUTTONS" thank you IskallMan for this experience!

it always stresses me out so much to watch you greeding with less than a minute left in the vault! But that's also why you tend to get more loot than I do, I start looking for the exit when the timer hits 5 minutes because I've gotten lost too many times
Iskall lives in Temple Hill, temples are a place of worship so what could be done is have a big statue with the altar so you sacrifice resources to it in exchange for a crystal
I red though all the comments, and yet I did not see even a single comment about hermitcraft. this really shows how dedicated his audience is to let iskall enjoy whatever he wants. besides, vault hunters is too good to miss out on and the hardwork definately was worth it. loving the videos iskall, have fun!

Hey, now I donât feel quite as bad about dying in the vaults. I ran a holiday themed vault and it was so fun (even though some gummy bears cornered me and killed me). Great mod pack!!!

My first death in my sky vault series was to a festive vault. I was mining an ore POI and there was powdered snow at the bottom and it dropped me into a dungeon. Very sad days, but hilarious theme.

I build my house with sunmetal and dark oak, sunmetal is really cool, but i farmed a LOT of soulsand and gold to get enough... Now they're loot in vaults and im sad i could have get those without dangerous soulsand farming...

Maybe it could be really rare during the whole year, but when the festive time is around they could be pretty common. Similar to the vanillaMinecraft holiday theme where all chests become presents around Christmas. But much better.
I hate powdered snow too much for it to stay :P
Speaking to the growing animals, in my multiplayer world we now have a 3 block giga chicken we worship as a god (2157 at time of writing).

The festive theme is ADORABLE! That special room with the fireplace made it feel like you were a mouse or a toy brought to life in someone's living room. Super cute. The gingerbread houses and gum drops are my favourite but I really laughed at the gingerbread people talking at you đ

The new festive vault looks amazing. I donât like running it though because I canât figure out the chests. Amazing job you your development team. I like that the vanilla ores were removed as well.
When I get overwhelmed by a hoard of mobs in a vault, I throw down a bucket of water and pick them off with a piercing crossbow. Gives me time to heal and (hopefully) not die.
I've been playing VH for a few days now but was so busy at work so I couldn't play as much, can't wait for some free time and update 8 looks awesome!!! Thank you so much for this experience iskall keep it up !

I got the big room last night! The Christmas tree has player heads on it, and the presents under it have chests inside them. I didn't want to leave it. hahaha

I played vault hunters for the first time this week and greed got me right after an omega (I think) paint room! I died to the timer. Loving the mod pack tho đ
HALLO ISKALL, i am the luckiest vault hunter EVER, i just got 9 vault diamonds from one vault, i crafted ONE sword, it rolled omega, it was absolutley insANE, 12 attack damage, +6 damage, +51% sweeping hit chance, +2 chaining attack and +healing+ cloud, i use thee vault diamonds in combination with my other 7 and knowledge essence to make 2 stars, now i have simplee storage network and drawers (still failing to get it to work)
I did not realize how powerful creepers were! Being in water did nothing to protect you! Such a rough early death But your luck did a 180 quickly. Really fun episode!

Something that could help with the unobtainium duping would be using a Create type machine to craft the blocks and ingots repeatedly until it fills up a container with the desired amount
But that is more endgame due to the fact Create is expensive in Vault Hunters

Found a mine as my first room the other day. I had vein miner (but with fortune, and only 4 blocks mined at a time), haste 2, and that special upgrade on the vault pickaxe that grants you a chance to get additional vault ores (mine only has 2% chances though...).
I must have spent 22 minutes mining, and 2 minutes runing around trying to find ores I might have missed.
Needless to say, my ore chests are full.
I'm still looking for Opals and Echo gems, but that's a given...
I love the gingerbread theme! Can it be year-round or at least have the ability to have a modifier or something? Its all cosmetic but still its so nice.

@@mintymuch He is slower in these, on his twitch on the Vault hunter server he is in the mid 30s for levels and has speed 2 along with much improved pouches and a pick axe
@@mintymuch Oh, I meant that he's slower in these videos. On twitch he's a much higher level so he has speed and haste. He moves and breaks things way faster.
I've been binging the smp vods lately between videos (I'm up to vod 12 I think) and gosh I didn't realise how jarring swapping back to single player video would feel lol.
But still a very fun episode, I love iskalls pacing and structure, his videos always seem to have at least one thing happen even if it's not what was set out to happen. :)

Got the white Christmas theme earlier today. The entire roof fell down on me. Both types of concrete :P yes the hard stuff to had gravity. Not okay, spent the first 10 minutes of the vault digging my self to the entrance:P

if and when you unlock create, and you're planning on using a lot of unobtanium blocks to mark your way inside the vaults, I recommend making a machine that cycles 4 unobtanium between a mechanical press with a basin (to compact it into a block) and a mechanical mixer with a basin (to get 5 unobtanium out) to duplicate it automatically
