Lethality briar is one of the most unfun champ to play against. I hope they keep nerfing that. Well w the new items maybe it’ll be different we’ll see

Hmmmmm excited to try out the velkoz changes. He needs a lot more done than just adjusted abilities though. Hopefully the new items in S14 allow for more impact to games. Overall very low agency.
Zyra jungle is super underrated, it has great clear, damage, and CC, so is camille jungle, and by that I LITERALLY just mean that I want to be able to play camille outside of the hellhole that is top lane
being able to interrupt briar e would be nice instead of still getting knocked away even if you knock her up giving her a free poke
they should just make ksante a jungler at this point - makes more sense to his lore and should be easier to balance (coping cuz I loved playing him jg when he came out)
i would love to play Ksante as a jungle main. Him and urgot are two champions I enjoy but cant make work in my elo

Hi, I'm new to the game. If Briar, my current fave character keeps getting nerfed, I'm probably gonna lose a lot of motivation to keep playing. I really enjoy her kit and it is a lot of fun and I finally feel like I can have fun in super low elo despite being new, because I still lose. I'm cool with losing, because Briar is just fun to play period. If you wanted to not let characters become so meta or fall off completely, maybe don't make so damn many??
She’s the newest and with the time you will understand that every new characters are op at start and fall off after so if you main the newest characters be ready for bans in ranked and nerfs

She’s relatively new, and she should be nerfed, she was pretty absurd last patch, straight inting but still manages to kill a fed enemy with 1 R. and its not like she’s unplayable. You said you don’t mind losing, so just play her…it’s not like ur playing ranked, new players should stay away from ranked anyway and especially because you said you don’t mind losing. If you’re good enough you can play whatever you want, and again you’re basically below iron.

Zeri isn't even that bad if you can pilot her atm, but going IE instead of Navori is necessary to actually do damage. idk if it matters too but I've been going Celerity to undo the MS nerfs and Gathering Storm for the strength at 3 items where she's properly online, as long as you ban Vayne and go Fleet in to the hard matchups like Draven you're actually fine.
Are there stronger ADCs? Yes. Does she require more time investment to be worth it? Also yes. But people really overstated her demise.

Mordekaiser definily is a huge buff.
Leona main. I actually prefer E max in early levels, gives better burst damage and more sticking power with the reduced cooldown. But the W buff will be nice for mid to late survivability.

Something players will have to realize about Hwei is that he's currently balanced around next season's items because that's where all of his PBE data is from.

Azir in the literal bottom of c tier is a joke. The champion is in a decent spot and should at least be somewhere in B or even A tier. His statistics are dragged down a ton by people playing and building him like shit.
With skill maybe....but hes so difficult most people can't really pull him off....like Kalista is pretty bad but can also be really good lol

@@popelipo6281i have played ryze in low elo, he is so much easier to play there than emerald+, you just freefarm while harrasing and end up with max cs and no deaths and you also have ok gank setup. even if he is pushed in farming under tower is nice with him. So yeah, in higher elo they would stomp you, in lower elo u actually scale and able to gank with ulti

The Jungle Meta seems to be changing a bit again since more and more mages are being played. I guess Brand becoming a Jungle was great idea because people love that champion and now he has a place to be played as Meta pick. I love the current Meta because you have a lot of flexibility and most probably with the new season where we will not be locked with mythics it will give even more flexibility on the picks. 😁

Why hwei is releasing on season 13, he was only tested in PBE for S14 purposes, that will temporarily unbalance the champ and create false expectations.
probably cos it wouldn't fit in their rushed champion release schedule. you see, China is still Riot's favorite region (and rightfully so) which means they probably want to 'reward' them with the upcoming dragon marksman which will fit perfectly for China's new year of the dragon. so yeah, that's pretty much it.

Lol yeah it's very difficult to put him in a tier list especially for low elo, as he is incredibly hard to pull off at a good level, in the right hands he's definitely an S+ pick, I've been enjoying spamming him lately (even before the useless W max rank 8dmg buff lol) and been getting great results, just got my first penta with him yesterday aswell xd
yeah, plenty of strong champions have low power levels in certain areas of the game... hes not in a great spot outside of high level play, doesnt change the fact hes an inherently strong champ, u really dont understand league huh

Morde still feels a bit underwhelming especially in higher elos, i wish they would give him more skill expression to outplay enemies. Also i think he schould keep 1% of the enemies stats permanent if he kills them in ult.

low elo hwey gonna be a serious problem. high elo, not much until people pick her up.
Mordekaiser: R quality of life buff is very impactful, as you'll get about 20-25% more ults off thanks to enemy not being able to cancel it by walking out of vision. It is much more impactful low elo than it is high elo.280 extra mana at lvk3? that is huge! watch out for her as it is going to be much harder to push her in.
Vel koz: this is actually very impactful. He won't be S tier, but definetly top of the A tier.
About leona: if people were using spellthief instead of steelguard item, they would have more success with leona. That paired with imperial mandate made her pretty darn strong and sleeper S tier. Now though, she is going to be a real problem to anyone outside of janna and morgana.

Dude yall trippin on trundle🤣 like yes he can be overpowered with the correct runes into the correct build but if you get a top laner that can run DS then your done being overpowered lmaoo as a old trundle main too i can tell you hes been the same the only difference is that his attack speed is raging high other than that hes always been a solid S-/A+ tier split pusher lmaoo its all about match ups in the end, cant really play him with a bunch of enemies have kite abilitys or cc so your limited on what you can do. Im actually suprised i havent seen kennen in a tier list in forever ive been playing em alot latley in jg hes got shitty clear time but amazing mid-late game potential plus the cc for utility but hin on top im still not surr about he counters technically 13 players outta the 45 top but thats not including the rest of the champs either but ima figure out a whole new build and rune page thatll work just fot him here soon

Qiyana is rated by multiple websites as the worst and lowest winrate midlaner from iron to gold, and is top 3 worst rated and winrate champion aling side azir and corki up until Emerald rank. Even in Diamond Qiyana barely breaks top 30, meaning 70% of all midlane champs are better even in diamond. Same in master. Only in Master 200 Lp and above does she start to have a positive winrate, and thats only because up there she is played only by one tricks or Qiyana mains into and with good team comps for the champ. How could she possibly be A-tier for belowe Diamond players? I havnt seen a good Qiyana player in my games for the 2 years I've been playing, I spectate diamond and masters games from friends and the Qiyana's are all losing lane to worse players because she has such a weak early game and the meta is shit for her? Have you guys really considered her placements seriously? Because going off of stats, or feel, or any elo belowe masters she is 100% shit and thats a fact. Sure if you are a smurf from diamond you can carry in silver, but you could do that with way better champs and have an easier time aswell. There is 0 evidence that she is A tier, even in Gm and Chall games she isnr even A tier? Qiyana otp's are ALL complaining that shes the weakest shes ever been and its the worst meta irs ever been for her. High elo Qiyana's are going conq resolve and second wind d sheild because they cant kill anyone in lane so they try to stay healthy for river skirmishes and win with good ults. Some are taking TP and buying tier so they can farm. As Qiyana, an assassin. We used to build max damage and 0 util or tankiness. Playing for level 3 and 6 all ins. We could 1 shot people that mis step or make a mistake. Now we need a full combo. Empowered AA + R + Q + W + E + Earth Q + Ignite and if you arent 5/0 and 3 levels up you dont even 1 shot an adc? If they have enchanter sup or if you are vs anything other than mages or another assassin that doesnt build hp or resistances then you dont kill anything. A 0/5 bruiser with 1 item wrecks a 5/0 3 item Qiyana. Tanks are unkillable under any circumstances. I need to know how Qiyana is A tier.
