I have gray eyes and for most of my life everyone including me though they were blue, until I watched this MVPerry video on what your eye color says about you and I realized that the gray eyes looked really similar to my eyes. The description for them was "Everyone thinks your eyes are blue, but they're not"

Fun fact I think: people with purple eyes actually have blue eyes but since they have such low melanin levels some red blood cells are visible mixing with the blue tone creating a purple ish tint. I’m pretty sure that’s how it works anyway
