I watched a ghost adventures episode this week and was appalled at the cheesiness of that show because you do such an amazing and professional job with your investigations! Not to mention, your team is always so much more professional and compassionate when dealing with spirits and that matters so much. You guys are incredible and should have a tv show! Your work is top tier!
I began investigating the paranormal back in the late 1960's and got to work with some notable researchers. I am now retired and would just like to say you seem to be very authentic. It is very refreshing to see such honesty in your videos. Thank you.

I always wished that the ghost shows were longer than their typical 45 minutes. These episodes you put out are so well investigated and never skimps on the good stuff. Every time it's like 5-course meal and not the typical drive-thru snack on major networks.
We toured the Dumas when we were on our honeymoon 23 years ago. It is most definitely haunted. Our experiences there have never been forgotten. Rudy was such a personable guy and so open and willing to share all his experiences with us about the spirits at the Dumas. We had a few experiences ourselves during the tour Rudy gave us of the whole building. There wasn't much business that particular summer day and we spent a lot of time hanging out with Rudy and he showed us all the crazy pictures he had got of spirits during the time he did old-timey photo shoots where customers could dress in period clothing and take pictures in one of the main floor cribs. He was so excited to share. RIP, Rudy. You live in our fond memories. Blessing of abundance and goodwill to the new owners. Many thanks to them for keeping this historic building alive. I look forward to meeting them on our next visit to Butte. This was a great investigation. Y'all should investigate the Old Montana State Prison sometime. We go there on the regular and always have experiences when we do. Last time we went, I got brave and shut myself in one of the isolation cells in solitary. I stood in the pitch black with my back to the back wall of the cell and suddenly it felt like the wall behind me dissolved away and there were a bunch of people milling about behind me. I called it quits when one of them touched me. Thanks for sharing this. Bravo!

In today's world, people tend to seek instant gratification, wanting to skip to the last few pages of the book, or read the "Cliffs Notes" version of the story, rather than indulging in an opportunity to truly become more educated as to the history &/or backstory of a location. To see someone such as yourself offering kudos to @The Paranormal Files (Official Channel) Colin is quite refreshing! It takes a lot of hard work for him and , while his skills *seem* to be honed to perfection, he still manages to outdo himself each & every time. People should leave their impatience on the proverbial doorstep beforehand, and think of each premiere as sort of a gift from him instead, as you do!

It does, only thing I question is how this brothel got the title longest running in the US when the Chicken Ranch here in Texas originally opened in 1844, shut down in 1861 reopened in 1865 and ran until a reporter got it shut down in 1972. 1865 to 1972 is a lot longer than the time period this brothel was open.
@@barbaraannbreenmodsquad1874 the Warrens, arguably the best investigators in the world of the paranormal, used to say that you need to be insight for 28 days to really get a deep understanding of what you are dealing with. Very thorough analysis can be done if the team can hang in there and a little dangerous too. Always good to have a tight, smart team to tackle a project of that magnitude. I hope this helps you
When i was a kid my Grandparents used to own a building in Nimmitabel, in NSW Australia called the Royal Arms. Countless ghost sightings and apparitions there. you could be in the backyard and look into the second story bedroom window and see and old lady in the window staring at you i personally had heard the old carriage bell in the carriage way ring in the middle of the night, even thought it hadn't been on the property for decades. I also would see a little girl running past on the second floor and when i would try and chase her she would go down the stairs and disappear. My Mum told me that one time when she was young, Her and her older sister were in the room on the second floor we called the attic. They were cleaning and making beds when the key in the door turned right round in the lock and fell out. My Grandma when she was there one night called the police because she thought someone had broken in, she said draws and cupboards had been opened and slammed and their contents spilt and chairs flipped. would love if you would like this!

I found this to be one of the most fascinating episodes ever! How amazing is it to just open a door and walk back decades into time and it never be touched? The whole story was painted. The miners dirty fingerprints, the leftover cigarette butts, the bottle of booze. A untouched preserved time capsule. That has got to be every historians dream. What a interesting hunt! I have many thoughts on those responses and some were ie "open" as in we are open for business. In my imagination, the girls frequently walked to the doorway to see if there were any John's, could be why the rempods went off there. I thought of something different when it said "hole." This is a brothel. I'm sure many dirty words were spoken and possibly even roleplay- doctor or nurse. Again, many abortions too I'm sure. You really walked away with a bit of everything! Fantastic!
Colin that was one of if not the scariest paranormal investigation i have ever seen. Ive watched hundreds of them. This one was the absolute scariest. The amount of interaction you got was crazy. I haven’t made it through the video yet, but I do wanna say one thing. The respect you have for the spirits is just beautiful. The way you all talk, the way you try to start conversations (and in some ways do!), the way that you communicate is, might I say, inspirational. I was on the fence about my belief in ghosts before I ACCIDENTALLY found this channel. But that fence is removed. I believe that there are spirits on this Earth with unfinished business. Some good and understandable. Some bad. But they’re here. Thank you, for how much you want to share with us, and teach us.

I am wondering if maybe the dry throat and other symptoms could be residual energy from the miners who came to the brothel? A lot of miners suffered from respiratory and other health issues. Just a thought! :)

Back in the day, they used to call that very bad male entity “The Judge”. I guess he was a really a personality who was a mean judge at one point but morphed into a demonic like spirit that wreaks havoc on investigators and previous owners. Great show though! Thank you! 🙏😘🥰

This investigation and location was insane.. I’ve always wanted to visit just for the history alone and y’all did a great job with your description of the location. I remember seeing this location on The Dead Files when Michael and his partner one of the former owners owned it and apparently Michael was a former owner in a past life which is why he was so drawn to own it. So many emotions and bad things there’s definitely something dark there. The female spirits weren’t afraid of y’all they were helping guide you .. I can go on forever, great investigation!
At the 1:55:25 mark, when you pan the camera up from pointing it downstairs, it looks like there is a person standing in the door to the room in the back left. Does anybody see what I'm talking about?! I took screen shots and sent to Colin on Instagram, hopefully he sees it!
I’ve investigated this place four times. It is legit haunted. Heard a lot of footsteps throughout the building. Received intelligent responses to questions. But the craziest thing to happen is a toy on the second floor that would move when we asked it to. This toy moved multiple times throughout the night, but stopped when we had a camera in the same room. The basement is no joke, whatever’s down there is not friendly and fucks with people.

i have been thinking for ages that the electronic devices we are trying to use to record things are actually causing interference and draining them, and they dont drain them to gain energy, they drain them to stop them from interfering

EDIT: 1:29:17 sounds like a male voice saying "Come back to me" or "Come back tonight", less clear, hard to tell if maybe it's a breath or just one of you two whispering but it looks like neither of you are moving your mouths

Back in the day, they used to call that very bad male entity “The Judge”. I guess he was a really a personality who was a mean judge at one point but morphed into a demonic like spirit that wreaks havoc on investigators and previous owners. Great show though! Thank you! 🙏😘🥰

This investigation and location was insane.. I’ve always wanted to visit just for the history alone and y’all did a great job with your description of the location. I remember seeing this location on The Dead Files when Michael and his partner one of the former owners owned it and apparently Michael was a former owner in a past life which is why he was so drawn to own it. So many emotions and bad things there’s definitely something dark there. The female spirits weren’t afraid of y’all they were helping guide you .. I can go on forever, great investigation!
At the 1:55:25 mark, when you pan the camera up from pointing it downstairs, it looks like there is a person standing in the door to the room in the back left. Does anybody see what I'm talking about?! I took screen shots and sent to Colin on Instagram, hopefully he sees it!

I’ve investigated this place four times. It is legit haunted. Heard a lot of footsteps throughout the building. Received intelligent responses to questions. But the craziest thing to happen is a toy on the second floor that would move when we asked it to. This toy moved multiple times throughout the night, but stopped when we had a camera in the same room. The basement is no joke, whatever’s down there is not friendly and fucks with people.

i have been thinking for ages that the electronic devices we are trying to use to record things are actually causing interference and draining them, and they dont drain them to gain energy, they drain them to stop them from interfering
