Thank you for what you do Randy. This is just another one of your great products! Inspired by the comment that sparked this project, I'm hoping to spark another idea. I envision an Excel tool that integrates concepts from this project, your drag-and-drop Gantt task manager, and your project manager. Would you be interested in creating a long-range horizontal planning calendar/project roadmap? I'm imagining a structure similar to this project but extending out a year horizontally. It would feature bars like those in this project, swim lanes similar to the Gantt task manager and project manager, and a hierarchy of parent and child levels with unlimited expansion on the left side. Additionally, the bars would display data distinct from the parent/child levels, similar to this project's setup. I believe this could be a fantastic evolution of this calendar.

Hi Randy, very nice job, well done. Just so off this week's training, is it possible to make a video that show the pictures of the items on an invoice and quote . So basically if you add an item on the invoice, the picture is shown in the same row, next item on the next row with picture added in the same row and so on, and if the picture is not found in a certain library, the user gets prompted to add picture that needs to be linked to the item. Randy great job! I am currently doing a Dashboard and have a challenge. Maybe you could give me some suggestions. I need to make a table that will show me all invoices from a specific day. There are a lot of them, so the table has to be limited in a certain area, it has to be, for example, 10x10 cells and it has to have a slider (slider or page switching) to accommodate dozens of invoices. Have you done such solutions using VBA before?
Hi and thanks. What you can do is create an advanced filter in which the criteria is a specific day. The results of that filter will be displayed in a different part of that data sheet. Then you create a dynamic named range (using Offset) on the results of that data. You can then add a List Box (Active X Control) (Not on Mac computers). Inside that list box properties you will find the 'ListFillRange' this is where you will add your named range. Then just update the Column Count for the # of columns in your named range. Then keep track of the item # o that someone selects. If they select the 3rd item in the list, this would refer to those results, and you can determine which Invoice to open up This will work. I don't have a video on this but I will add it to my list of videos to create I hope this helps and thanks so much.
