I think a lot of the 3.0 stuff spilled over due to the issues with Randy and his "homophobic" remarks leaking. Late 2.0 through 4.0 has brought in a LOT of viewers/role players from a particular group. That group has done everything it can to turn NP into what they want. They are used to getting their way and will do everything they can to destroy anyone who stands against them. On the other hand, people like MoocMooc have a track record of being absolutely horrible to deal with/interact with on RP servers, especially if you go against "his RP style"

If you think kidnapping judges is bad, they would really dislike everyday continiues raids on all government facilities. When people take their power back, things desolve in to chaos yes, which is why you need to acknowledge their power even when they're not using it.

If the servers “laws” are similar to the United States, a case dismissed with prejudice means any evidence involved to bring the charges that were dismissed CANNOT BE USED to bring the same charge against a person.
For example, if you have a murder charge dismissed with prejudice, any DNA evidence, whether it be blood, hair, nail, fingerprint - or other pieces of evidence like locations, or even firearms possibly used - are “dead evidence.” They can never be used to bring the charges of Murder against the person who had his murder charge dismissed with prejudice.
The impeachment Murphy pushed didn't have any evidence to begin with so that didn't apply at all really.

Shift 2 is a great way to learn it’s content time and back to back they learn to manage but also if they do it where the is a lot of cadets on duty they can have 1/2 dedicated to patrol others to the calls and they switch so if someone does a maze bank 1/2 go there 1/2 police the city then when maze is done the others go the next big scene
That way they learn in a time it’s not to strict and people getting content so the be jokes and non serious stuff making it a fun training

If there is a lot going on in shift 2, does that mean that the cedets that are going to these cash exchanges and banks heist can perform perfectly in that scenario instead of traffic stop since they have been through a lot of those? Cops tell crims to take it to court. Crims bring up criminal activities from government officials and it gets dismissed. The standards on not the same and this is the problem.

There were a couple cops out of mrpd that didn't go down because they didn't show up. There was another who hid in the trunk of a car and didn't go down. Still, with that said, when the city shows up and wipes all of the other cops. Then get told by the server owner to head on out, the event is over, you would think the cops would take the hint and act as if it was a wipe.
It wasn't a full wipe. One or two officers where hiding during the scenario. So, they collected the evidence.
