    Great video, tks. One thing I always do when I have the MAF out is to give it a blast with electrical contact spray to keep it clean 👍

      @@PiggyPower Doesn't relate to a fuel filter change or, indeed, an air filter change but when I have a sensor like the MAF out as part of another service routine I always take the opportunity to give it a clean... preventative maintenance.

    Great video, thanks for that! What I couldn't find anywhere was instructions on how to bleed water from the filter which you are supposed to do with every oil change. Cheers!

    • @PiggyPower
      @PiggyPower  Před 4 měsíci

      Water sinks to the bottom, you drain it out if the housing has a drain screw. However, I'd simply change the fuel filter at every oil change.

      @@PiggyPower I change oil every 7,500km and a fuel filter is at least $80 AUD. Bit pricey to replace them every time... There is a big screw on top of the filter and a small clear hose at the bottom, so I will investigate further if that is actually the water drain screw. Filter is original PUG. Thanks!

    • @PiggyPower
      @PiggyPower  Před 4 měsíci

      @@hendo2537 do the fuel filter every other. It's well worth it. Yes, the screw at the bottom with the clear hose is the drain. Unless you're using very bad fuels... I'd guess there is little to no water in the bottom after 7500km

      @PiggyPower  Před 11 měsíci

      It's good you've managed to change the fuel filter... but what lead you to believe that was the fault?? What was your diagnostic process? I'd be shocked if that code came up due to an old fuel filter. Like, very shocked.
