I recommend everyone who wish to have good health to focus on a paleo diet. They must be organic and gluten-free though. Keto and vegan diets also has benefits and should be incorporated into your lifestyle. Going for 5 consecutive days a month on a 1000 calorie [per day] vegan diet bestows healthy outcomes as if done for a whole month. Then you can switch back to paleo. Fasting 24 hrs on Mondays and Thursdays, restricting eating to 6 hrs a day on feasting days, HIIT and a positive outlook on life such as wishing good on others would do wonders really.

UK mosques usually follow Saudi Al sahwa Al Islamiyya - a lot of the youth grow up with internet Islam by watching people like Dawah man and superman - don’t expect from such people. Although there are some good people in the UK - but a minority.
Saudi Dawah was mainly targeted at street youth, it was easier to recruit them into global wars.

The word futihat in Anbiya is also repeated in surah qamar when Nooh prayed , the gates of heaven were opened with water. The Hadith of gog and magog staying behind wall is weak, they are released and i can assure you as a humble student of history the audience from various countries who are asking questions to Sheikh , their countries - Poland,Puerto Rico,Ghana, Scotland, Ireland, Pakistan etc have all been visited by Gog and Magog and they ruined these countries

Salaam! What is the prerequisite structure of knowledge modern scholars should build up to effectively resolve modern issues that stumble the ummah? Sufi? Tabligh ? Or modern knowledge guided by Quranic principles and methodology? What is implications and characteristics of khidr's predictive knowledge in the modern context?
